Hours: Day Center 7am-4:30pm |Overnight Shelter 4:30pm-7am, 7 Days a week Day

Center provided breakfast, lunch and other services expect bus tickets. Overnight guest are asked to arrive at or after 4:30pm, sign in and wait until name called for beds. Guest are admitted from 5:30pm- 8pm. There is no guarantee that beds will be available. For housing at Nativity house apartments, clients must be accessed by coordinated entry.

Tacoma Rescue Mission- Family Shelter

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm|Lunch Mon, Wed, Fri 12:30pm| Clothing Bank 1:30pm-3:30pm

Meals are provided at our downtown campus daily. These meals are open to men, women and children. Breakfast: 7:30am – 8:15pm. Dinner: 5pm – 6pm.

KWA serves women with children who are in domestic violence situations. 30 day emergency.

Crystal Judson Family Justice Center

The justice center serves the needs of domestic violence victims and their children by providing comprehensive victim services in one central and safe location in downtown Tacoma. Interpretation services are available to non-English speaking clients.

YWCA Emergency Shelter

Emergency shelter is for individuals (Men and Women) and families escaping domestic violence. Stay up to three months, confidential program. All services require an intake process except for the Community Advocate who will see walk-ins.

The Loft Youth Shelter is a 12 bed DCYF licensed under-aged youth shelter in Tacoma, WA that provides youth a safe and encouraging place to live while they work towards sustainable housing and employment.

Isis is a ten-bed residential home for LGBTQ+ young people and allies ages 18-21.

Open to young adults between the ages of 18 and 24 who are homeless or just need a safe place to sleep.

Rosie’s Overnight Shelter: Community Youth Services – Olympia

An emergency overnight shelter for those ages 12-24 years old. Rosie’s Place is open for youth to come get food, grab hygiene supplies, or talk with youth advocates. What is important for them, is important to us, and they are here with as few barriers as possible to help youth access all the services they may need.
